Returns & Refund Policy

As all our products are food items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All goods are exempt from being returned as they are Perishable.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items under specific conditions - if they are defective or damaged and are un-opened. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@gourmade.in and send your item to:

Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days. A refund cheque will be deposited in your bank account in case of Cash on Delivery orders. The cheque will be made in favors of the "Billing Name" you used when placing the order. For prepaid orders through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card, the amount will be transferred back into the account/card. Orders can only be cancelled and fully refunded before your shipment has been dispatched. Please email us at customercare@gourmade.in with any questions or needed support. We will be unable to cancel orders once the order has shipped.

Shipping of the Item

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

M/S Suviana, G 21 Jangpura Extension, 3rd Floor, New Delhi, India - 110014. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
