Mediterranean Pita Chip Nachos:


  • Pita chips 
  • Hummus
  • Feta cheese, crumbled
  • Kalamata olives, sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Cucumber, diced
  • Tahini sauce
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Optional: diced avocado, roasted red peppers, or any other Mediterranean-inspired toppings you enjoy


  1. Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Arrange the pita chips on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. Spread a layer of hummus over the pita chips.
  4. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese evenly over the hummus.
  5. Add sliced olives, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, diced cucumber, and any other toppings you desire.
  6. Drizzle tahini sauce over the nachos.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 8-10 minutes, or until the toppings are heated through and the cheese is slightly melted.
  8. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley.
